SUUM offers an intimate dining experience with only 16 seats. Each evening, we present a carefully curated omakase tasting menu exclusively for 16 guests.
At SUUM, we are deeply committed to creating cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons, rather than pursuing fleeting trends.
From Tuesday to Thursday, we offer a single seating each night for 16 guests, with flexible start times.
On Fridays and Saturdays, we operate two seatings: the first begins at 5:30 PM, and the second begins at 8:00 PM.
Please note that we are not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or coeliac (gluten intolerance) diets, as well as any allergies or aversions to fish, shellfish, seafood, dairy, gluten, or allium (such as garlic and onions). We appreciate your kind understanding.

Wine Program
Our ever-evolving wine list brings together a selection of classic and avant-garde wines from around the world, thoughtfully curated to complement the flavors from our kitchen.
Our corkage policy is $50 per 750ml bottle of wine, with a maximum of two (2) bottles allowed per reservation.
